We encourage you to download the attached document to verify your insurance coverage. Taking this simple step ensures that you can make the most of your benefits and access the support you need on your journey to better health.  If you’d like to go the cash route, just skip directly to booking a consultation call.
2. Book a  Consultation Call: Once your insurance is verified, you can schedule a complimentary consultation with me. This call is all about understanding your needs and making sure my services are the right fit for you.
3. Complete Your Intake Forms: After our chat, I’ll send you a set of intake forms to fill out at your convenience. These forms help me get a complete picture of your health background and goals.
4. Schedule Your First Appointment: With your forms completed, you’re all set to book your initial appointment and officially begin your journey with me. Use this link to request your first appointment
